Scott Braun was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree in finance and business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Master in Business Administration from Ohio University. He has partnered with multiple businesses. He has owned a few. And helped run about a dozen.

He has been helping small businesses solve their problems for more than a decade. Many clients work with him for a number of years. Others call on him to fix a problem, or discuss ways to increase profitability.

He is a handyman at heart, but also loves a good spreadsheet. He continues to live in Madison with his wife and gets to enjoy the company of their grown children on a regular basis. He is a Badger, but will occasionally cheer on the Ohio State Buckeyes when his wife's alma mater is playing.
